ShareWelcome to llama-rama! My name is Caroline and I have been keeping llamas since 2001. I am married to Jon and have 2 young sons, Harry who is 7 and James, (aka JP) - who is 4. Like most llama owners, I began with a pair of llamas, soon realised that two were simply just not enough - and since then have been adding to the herd whenever I am able to.
The herd is based on the edge of the Mendips in Somerset. I currently have 10 llamas and 1 alpaca.
The majority of my llamas have been re-homed from people who just cannot keep them any more. These are all conscientious owners who have had drastic life changes: death or divorce in the family, health problems, ageing, house moves and military deployment.

I am currently in the process of rebuilding the site, so be sure to add me to your favourites and see the work progressing.
